1. Use of the App

By using the app, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable local laws. You must not misuse the app.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information at all times.


3. Orders and Services

Dentexa acts as a platform to connect users with sellers. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order placed through the app. Service and delivery availability may vary depending on the seller and your location.


4. Payments

All payments for products or services are made directly to the seller. Dentexa does not process, hold, or manage payments and is not a party to any payment transaction between users and sellers. Any payment-related disputes must be resolved directly between the user and the seller.


5. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are subject to the individual seller’s return policy. Dentexa does not control, guarantee, or enforce returns or refunds. Approval of any return or refund is solely at the seller’s discretion, and Dentexa holds no responsibility for such decisions.


6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use the app for illegal activities

  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app

  • Post harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content


7. Limitation of Liability

Dentexa is not responsible for any damages, losses, disputes, or issues arising from transactions, payments, deliveries, or returns between users and sellers.


8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
